Account details (email, wallet address, display name), verification information required by law, transaction and ledger history, and standard device/usage data needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use it
To provide the service (pricing offers, settling trades and payouts, custodying cards) and to meet legal, anti-fraud, and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Verification & payments
Identity verification and payment processing are handled by regulated partners who receive only the data needed to perform those functions. We minimize what we collect and retain.
Security
Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege and logged, and secrets are never exposed to the client. We design fraud controls in from the start.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention
We keep records as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy financial and regulatory obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
